Default apollo boats

Can anyone give me some info on apollo boats......I just got an 18' runabout and can't find any info on it at all....weight...hull construction......etc.... Certainly there are other Apollo boat owners on the west coast since I believe the boats were made in Washington from the early 70's thru the mid 80's................

Thanks in advance!!!!

I believe they were only built in the late seventies to the early eighties in Spokane. There were not very many built.
I have a friend that had a 1979 25' flybridge that he bought new. He had lots of problems that Apollo wouldn't warranty / fix. He fixed it best he could, but it's not surprising the went out of bussiness quickly.

Default Service manuals

Does anyone know where to get the service manual for these boats or what manuals do you use?

I had an 81 18ft open bow Fiberform that was also built in Spokane. I just used a service manual for the Mercruiser motor and outdriven for that year and covered the Mercruiser 470 and the Alpha out drive that was in the boat. The service manual covered the motor and and outdrive and very little of the wiring.
Fortunately for me I also have a good friend that was a marine mechanic at one of the marine dealerships here that would help me work on it when needed. It worked out great never had to pay him but would let him take the boat on weekends I had no plans so he could take his family out and a lot of times I would invite him and his family out with my wife and I.
