Default Freezing spray

Getting ready for week on the water in the Northern BC. Temps are forecasted to be -6 to +4 C and winds 5-20 knts with freezing spray. Will be staying on somewhat of protected channels so not getting too crazy. Does anyone in the north have experience in this stuff? Not too worried about the decks, more of a visibility thing. Curious if there is anything I can put on the windows that might help?

No doubt, but was thinking more along the lines of if it got nastier while out or on way in. Going for multiple days, and forecasts aren't always that accurate for that.
Thanks..
