Default Shark Cages in San Francisco Bay Area?

Hello, THT, I recently got stationed out here in Petaluma. I am in the coast guard and I am out here until June for electronics technician school. I have just been curious lately if there are any places relatively close to San Francisco that offer shark dives. If anybody knows of anyone that does shark cages for a decent price please let me know. I'd also like to know what the best time of the year would be for that. Thanks guys!

Lots of GWS in the waters around the Bay Area. It is the red triangle.
I can't imagine the vis being good enough to see anything around there.
I dove that area for years when I lived up there. From Gualala to Monterey Bay. Never had great visibility.

That sounds like something you would go to a custom fabrication shop for.

Make sure it's a great big cage, so when the shark gets in the cage with you there's still room to dance around a bit.

There is a outfit that runs out of Berkeley marine that goes out to the farallon islands.
The boat is (The Akula) from great white adventures dot com
You should go chat them up and ask your CG brothers at Sector SF about there experiences with this company.
