Default Shipping Boat from CA Region

I have a friend who's driving for a transport company right now is sitting in Los Angeles area, stuck. A customer of his cancelled a shipment from LA to New Jersey just a day before he arrived in CA. I am trying to help him get out of there, he has a F350 4x4, with 5th wheel and gooseneck, carry sufficient insurance, can haul a boat, RV, and trailer to anywhere east. If you have something to go, let me know.

He's trying, not much going on, unless he's willing to take a 9000 lbs boat for 60 cents a mile.

That's what eastbound runs look like. Boats don't pay very well going east either.
