Default Question about Washington registration

Anyone here from Washington that can answer a few questions about initial boat registration? I know I can call DOL, but I'm figuring somebody here can provide better and faster advice.

So I have a new boat that was purchased online (Amazon) that's going to require registration. I've completed my Vessel Title Application, I have the manufacturer's signed Certificate of Origin, and I have my Amazon invoice showing I paid sales tax. I have two questions:

Is this all I need to take in to a DOL office to get registered?

There's a line on the title application for the "dealer" to sign stating that the vessel is clear of encumbrances and certifying sales tax has been collected. I'm hoping they're not going to require this for a new boat, considering it was purchased online from an out-of-state dealer? There's obviously no way to get somebody at Amazon to sign it. I suppose I could try to track somebody down at the dealer who could sign, but they'd probably refuse because they didn't collect the sales tax, Amazon did.

You should be good with the MSO and sales receipt.

Thank you! I didn't want to go down to the office, wait in line for 30 minutes, only to get some surly DOL worker telling me I didn't have everything I needed.

You should have gotten yourself two invoices. One for the hull that you are registering and will pay annual registration fees on, and the other invoice for all the other stuff on the boat that your registration fees aren’t factored by.
