I've done that but I didn't receive a return email. I would just like it sent to the correct address. How can we make that happen?

What is your shipment tracking number?

Default Dead air...

I have now messaged RNR Marine multiple times as well as called repeatedly and no one ever answers. I literally want to give them $1500 for a top and nothing. Total radio silence..... grumble grumble...

Default Same story here - No response from RNR or Great Lake

I would like to add - I had the same experience with RNR. I never received a response to some questions while trying to purchase $2000 worth of canvas. I never experienced a situation in boating,where I am trying to make a $2000 purchase but I cannot get any response. I sent an email thanking them for not taking my money and having to deal with any bad experience in regards to their "no return policy" and I decided to go with a local canvas shop. I showed them my estimate from RNR and they honored it. I had the complete estimate with part #'s and the discounts . The persons name that responded the one time to me , Captain Ross, had a generic reply and never answered any questions at all. I also tried Great Lake Boat Top and had the exact situation from Ashley D. I sent all info, no response was ever made after the first generic response. This makes me not want to ever deal with either company for anything. Does anyone have a good experience with similar companies that do factory canvas for newer Sea Say? Overtons has been great with their promos and discounts, free shipping and no issues at all with quality. Overtons had sale prices that couldn't beat my Port Supply discount !

What year/make/model boat do you have?

Well, this thread really sucks. I just stumbled
across them this evening and was hoping to order one of their tops for my CC. I liked the design and features, but after reading all this, I guess I should try something else. =(

Very shady company.Stay away and do not purchase anything that you wouldn't mind throwing away.If they send you the wrong cover, you're not returning it.
