I got the bags installed this weekend. Install went about as smooth as you could ask for and took about 2 hours.

The unloaded ride is pretty dang close to stock. Wife says she couldn’t tell a difference. What I was not expecting is how much better the truck handled with a load.

Awesome. Glad you are happy with the addition. I will be hard pressed to have another truck without airbags. And for what its worth, I think your truck looks awesome and the "reverse level" really is smart. Lower tailgate height makes every day life with a truck so much easier. Ford learned this lesson with their F250's which are sky high stock. Sure they look good, but every day climbing in and out of the truck, loading the bed, etc. is just a PIA. The 2019 F250 will be 1" lower in front and 2" lower in the rear.

Thank you, I really didn't expect them to make it tow that much better so that is for sure a plus.

OP thanks for this post!
Your truck looks great with the reverse level and it makes a lot of sense to me.

Sigh...That’s the dogs pride and joy. She’s had since she was a pup. I fought it at first, but the wife won that battle.

I understand perfectly, pick your battles and keep all the girls happy means better times for us.
I have a wife , 2 daughters and a female Dachshund . I’m surrounded by females.

Default Update

Figured I'd update the thread. Air lift has some of the best customer service I have come across. The bolt on the bottom of the bag on the drivers side backed out and the bag got cut on a u-joint. Air Lift sent me a replacement no questions asked.

Great to hear. Do you mean u-bolt? Trying to picture how a bag could come in contact with a u-joint.
