Default New Chevy Blazer

Why would Chevy model the front end of the new Blazer after one of the ugliest vehicles in existence? This looks like the bastard stepchild cross between the Equinox and the RX350.

I'm just glad that most all companies put their emblems on the front and back of their cars.

Dang if I can tell one brand from another any other way.

At least some models that have "history" carry the spirit of their namesake. Models like the Camero, Corvette, Mustang, Challenger. These are modern vehicles that do their predecessors justice. This Chevy 'thing' looks to be some generic plastic vehicle they slapped a Blazer name tag on and said "here you go".

I'm not a Ford guy, but at least their upcoming Bronco model holds on to what a Bronco is supposed to be. This Blazer is a pure embarrassment.

It's the new RAV 4 !!!!!

Actually the front styling is .... contemporary.... But I wish it was more individualistic.

Honestly it’s a great looking vehicle inside and out, but it should’ve been called an Equinox replacement instead. How can you ruin the heritage of such an epic nameplate? I can guarantee you that had they come back with a true K5, they wouldn’t be able to keep them in stock. Jeep runs the rugged off road SUV scene with the Wrangler selling at full list price on many occasions and topping $50k! What competitor do they really have? The FJ Cruiser is gone, that leaves the 4Runner. Such a shame, GM is in outer space when it comes to what consumers want, they don’t even make a regular cab short bed Silverado anymore...

They're buying RAVs and Rogues so let's build one, fine, but don't call it a Blazer anything. Chevy does have a decent CUV line up but why not a Blazer based on what it should be, a 2 door Colorado?

Sticking my revered gold bowtie on that Lexus looking thing, is bad enough.... But to put the name Blazer on it is just pouring salt in the wound.
Chevy needs to correct their styling people, first the Silverado, now this. Glad I'm not in the market..

I had a K5 in High School. 6" of lift, 37" boggers. Would cruise on the beach with no top on it all summer long. The fact that they slapped Blazer on just another POS compact SUV is everything thats wrong with the auto industry right now.

I AM a Ford guy and I have told everyone at Ford if the Bronco is going to look like an Edge with a lift kit, to not build it!! Putting a name like Blazer on this crossover suv is like calling the Volt a Camaro! No one outside of Ford and a handful of dealers has seen the actual production Bronco yet, but all assure me it's a winner, we will see!

As a k5 owner this is pretty sad. Call it anything but a blazer.

Years ago I would bash on the look of the Pontiacs and say I would never buy them because of all that plastic.

Then I went and bought a Saturn.

Agree with all the comments on here... that's an OK look--like SUV or CUV, but don't put the badge of BLAZER on it!!

My thoughts exactly!! They have that stupid Trax, the Equinox and the Traverse (which is basically a minivan without sliding doors), what void or need does the Blazer fill and why ruin the name of what used to be a cool little SUV??

Lou C...great idea, if they made a 2 door Colorado with a removable top over a back seat siting where the bed is.....they would not be able to keep the damn things in stock. Wish they would have some original thinking instead of copying other lame stuff on the road.

It's not like the S10 blazer or the trailblazer were off road vehicles.
