Default Hull Extending 12" past bunks?

I'm searching for a used trailer, this will be used for winter storage a couple trips to the ramp and maybe one trip a year, other than that the boat stays on a lift.

My boat measures about 25'3" from transom to bow eye, I have found a couple Road King RKAV 22-24 8600 carry capacity. Which I think means 24' max from bunk to bow roller,I think mine would hang over by 12-15", the trailer owners both had 26-27' sea rays on them and say they did not hang over

These are not local so no way to try them out. Would this be OK for my needs?

You want the bunks to go past the transom. Keeping the boat on the trailer ( winter storage ) for any amount of time make cause the hull to develop a hook.

I get the idea that a short bunk may cause a hook but the bunks on my lift don't extend all the way to the transom, so not sure why this would be different, I would not be trailering this on a regular basis,

But I guess if I'm going to spend the money it needs to be right,

Boat extending 12" past bunks... No big deal. Actually pretty common. The question is how far are you trailering and weight distribution over the wheels
I doubt very seriosly that there is any concern about "bending the hull". We block boats up for extended periods of time and many times there is large overhang with no problems
