I had sports cars when I was young--trucks as I aged, although I have been driving trucks since I was 16, almost 70 years ago...I prefer the truck. Better visibility. Generally people respect a big truck--less likely to cut you off, is more "noticeable'. A bit of a pain to park a 250 crew cab in some parking lots however....

I went from a truck to a sporty little car I took on the track back to a truck. I was young and I knew I would be without a boat for a few years and I got a incredible price, so boom sports car. I lived and worked downtown so the sportscar had some major advantages. I got a short bed, single cab truck when I went back to keep that sporty feel.
