Default Anyone here actually bought from 31dodge?

Hey guys..

Need to buy a truck in the December/January time frame so I'm starting to look around and get some idea of pricing and inventory. I'm pretty set on the color ( hydro blue ) for the RAM 2500 and this place, 31dodge has 4 of them in stock. I know that everyone suggests them since they are a high volume dealership, but wanted to see if anyone here has actually bought from them. If you did, were you able to negotiate their prices down or were they pretty firm?? The trucks I'm looking at have an MSRP of 72-74k and they're advertising a sale price of about 5-6k off of that.

Yes I bought from them, it was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. The pricing on there internet site is fairly spot on, they actually update daily with current incentives. I did everything thru email and they delivered my truck to my driveway. I think you would be outside of the free delivery zone in Florida but I think they will give you a credit if you don't use the delivery service. They don't play the games where they put every incentive Ram offers because most people don't qualify for 90% of those. There best deals are trucks that are sitting on the lot the longest. If you start watching the 4 you are interested in they will drop in price at the beginning of each month when the incentives go up or down. Just email them from the link off one of the trucks you are looking at and they will respond. I might have been able to save another grand somewhere else but got tired of all the bullshit most other dealerships play. They were even cool when my bank overnighted the check to the wrong address.

thanks, yeah I have alerts set for the 4 trucks and get emails from them every time there is a price change. sometimes the price even goes up instead of down though. So basically there is no negotiation with them, the sales price they advertise is it? I was hoping to get more than just 5 or 6k off MSRP. I have time to wait and see, but will jump on a great deal if it comes along.

We have bought up to four work trucks at a time from them. Very easy to deal with. They won't budge much if any on price.

I bought from them great experience, they had the 2nd cheapest price listed on the truck I bought(the cheaper one was in Idaho). I actually paid less than listed after emailing them as I qualified for some extra rebates that other dealers already had factored into their online price. I had it shipped and they actually let the shipper pickup the truck before receiving all the paperwork back on it.

I don't think your going to get another 5-6k off if that's what your looking for, I dont think right now is a good time to be buying either with all the shutdowns earlier this year

If I buy new again I would definitely look there first.

I bought my Ram 2500 from them a earlier this year. I had been looking for a Laramie with the Cummins but most of my local dealers refused to budge on pricing. Ended up finding a Limited on their lot that was a left over 2019. Had everything I wanted and then some! Priced out the door a little over 16k off of sticker. Very easy to deal with and everything was handled via e-mail and over the phone.

Understand that my situation was different since I was looking at a left over 2019. It didn't matter to me as the truck shows a build date of late October. I seriously doubt you are going to see a discount like that on a 2020 until after the end of the year. By then your options and color choices may or may not be available.

I had a great experience with them. Went to 3 different dealers in Florida and they all wanted close to sticker and didn’t even want my trade in which was a very nice Dakota. Someone at work mentioned them and the Ram 1500 I wanted was $10k off the sticker and they offered a very fair amount for my trade. Drove up there and with in an hour I was on my way home. Told a friend about them and he went up and picked up a new 2500. They had a shuttle going back and forth to the airport picking up customers. I will buy my next truck there.

I bought a used f350 from them about 8 years ago or so. They were huge in the used diesel game then and just starting to get big on the new inventory side. Had a great price on the truck and did negotiate a little but not much. I think I was in and out in under 2 hours including inspection, test drive and all the paperwork.

Thanks for all the replys guys. Like I said, not really in a rush to buy right now, but wanted to get a feeler for dealing with this particular dealer. Down here in south florida, the dealers don't show much much of a discount and the internet price they show is usually a gimmick to get you in the dealer. I will keep watching these 4 trucks and see if they drop the prices as we get closer to the new year. Really set on the color ( hydro blue ) but the night edition granite crystal looks bad ass too.
