Awesome so it'll pull something on flat ground that is within the capacity of that one single strap?

Meh, not realworld enough. Pull that 80 down the highway through traffic and THEN we might be impressed!

THT usually the replies are stopping it is much important than pulling it.

Pull it for 350 miles, and then not have to wait 4 hours to recharge it

Pretty sure any of the major manufacturers' trucks with max towing could do that. My favorite line was the guy referring to Ford Trucks, he said, "it's one of the best trucks over the past 40 years." One of the best out of only 4 in class. If you are in the top 50% you got it made.

I am kinda not impressed they pulled it with a strap, they should have used a chain. What they really should have done is tried it with a strap and break the strap. Then be like "wow that was so much weight it broke the strap OMG!!" and then switch to a chain and do it again.

Impressive. Of course range is going to suck, especially when towing, but I'm not sure any normal truck's transmission would be able to do that.

"listen to the motor."
"What motor?"

It still has a motor you idiot, it's just electric.
it doesn't have an engine, but it has a motor. Typical f-150 driver...

they probably have at least 8 turbos on that electric motor too. all made of plastic. Can't wait for this thing to come out....

I've never seen a turbo on an electric motor, that's some high tech shit right there.

What I would prefer to see with these videos (space shuttle, this one, etc) is Ford or Toyota or whoever offer their competition come and try it out as well. My guess... they would all pull the train/shuttle the same.
