Default Dual axle float-on trailer - SOLD

I am selling my Dual-axle (torsion) Float-On Trailer. Capacity is 11,230 pounds.
Trailer is in fine condition.... HOWEVER, this trailer does not have brakes. They we removed by the previous owner.
I bought the boat and the trailer came with it, and I never received the title. I have contacted him since but he can't find it...
So it does not come with the title either... I realize what this looks like, but its legit. I have the original bill of sale from Contender to him, and the bill of sale from him to me...
I am asking $3000.

Serious inquires only please!

Not sure this is correct... But boat is in great shape and not for sale.
If you're right, do you have the original title?

Shouldn't need a title if the trailer is under 2000 lbs (I imagine it is). The registration the previous owner has will have a bill of sale at the top, fill it out and take it to the DMV to register it in your name.

Nice trailer and with a current registration there will be no issue with registration transfer.

as others said you do not need the title , just a bill of sale from registered owner should work.

My boat is a 31 contender. Hard to say how long of a boat it would hold... weight is more important
