Default 06 Coachman Sportscoach Encore 40' RV

2006 Coachman Sportscoach Encore M-40 TS-330 HP Diesel Pusher

Coach is in good shape with some scratches and wear due to it's age. Front tires are less than a year old and back tires are about 5 years old. This was my Dad's coach and he passed away few years back and we just don't use it like we should. Figured I would put it on here first to see if there is any interest.

Currently located in Fort Pierce, FL

38,000 Miles
Freightliner Chassis
330 HP CAT Diesel
Fuel Capacity: 100 Gals.
7.5 KW Generator
2,000 W Inverter
(3) TV's, Satellite, DVD Surround Sound
(2) Ducted A/C's
(3) Slide-Outs
Auto Awnings
Pass-through Basement Slide Storage
50 Amp Power Cord

I'm sure there is more.

NADA Average Retail is $101,000 with options, Asking $67,000 OBO

PM for questions or if you would like to see it.

Recently sold our shore place, our boat, and our truck and are thinking about getting something like this instead and seeing the country. Just now dipping our toes in the water on it all. This is too big for us as a starter but seems like a nice unit for the $. GLWS.

Not sure. We towed a Toyota Tacoma and you couldn't tell.

Think of it as a land yacht.

No man. RV's are like boats. You think a 28 or 36 footer is big enough but then you get the bug for more. I started with a 36 and then got a 40. I thought I wanted a 45 but after 150,000 miles on the 40, I have decided that a 40 is just about right
