Default FS - 1980 Firebird TransAM "Barn Find" Pic Added

I have a one-owner Red firebird T/A with the shaker hood, of course.

This classic one owner car needs proper restoration and care.

Original red paint, never crashed. Shaker hood - firebird decal.
Black interior, Original steel wheels with stainless beauty rings.
Small V-8 (4.9l) 301 CID noin-turbo coupled to an automatic.
No A/C, no PW/PL. I has been previously enjoyed for about 82,000 miles.

Not run or started since approximately 1992. But the engine is not seized!

I will post pics later this week.

Asking $8,500 OBO It's in Albany NY

She runs ! I put a fresh battery in her, splashed some gas into the quadrajet, and she fired right up! (oh yea, I drained all the old gas out of the tank and filled with fresh)

Next step is replace the rotted brake line, and put her in drive !

Really good for a 40 Y.O. Northeast car........she has never been driven in the winter, and been in storage since 1992.

There's surface rust on the under carriage, but no rot through, and the body panels are all solid. The value in this car is in the body integrity.

I put brake lines on her sunday and drove her out of the garage!!! First time since '92.

You could roll all night with a single Journey cassette and increasing warm case of Beer in the back seat...yeah much simpler.
