Default 2002 2500HD Crew LT 4wd Duramax

Thinking about selling my truck. Iím the second owner. My father bought it new in 2002, and I bought it from him 7 years ago. Maintained by the book. Recent water pump, new batteries, back-up camera, 285/75 Toyo MT with 50% tread. Low profile cam locker box. 177,500 miles. Located in Fairhope Alabama. Asking $14,000 or best offer. Donít have to sell, but have the itch for a new truck. Only interested in trades for a Ď17 up F-250 gas or a Ď17 2500hd crew.

There isnít any rust anywhere on this truck. It was purchased new in foley Alabama and has been in the area forever. I have pics of the inner rockers and cab corners if you would like me to send them to you.

How about the injectors, ever been replaced? Head gaskets? Program upgrades? Any known issues? Other than replacing the injectors and starting to loose a little coolant mine has been the best truck I've ever had, minus the rust of course. Would like a newer one as well but not interested in emission issues, or what they cost for that matter. Have the parts to restore mine but don't have the time. Might be easier just to buy one....New to this site, PM me if that's a better way to communicate, Thanks

No issues with the truck to my knowledge at all. My father bought it new and I bought it from him so I know the entire history from day one. The truck has never been tuned or programmed and is 100% stock. Never had injectors. No smoke or other issues indicating the need to. Regular oil and filter changes. The tires on the truck are the fourth set in its history. The front end is tight, with no play at all. In its lifetime it has had the brake booster replaced(under warranty), three sets of batteries(last replaced 12/18), one water pump, one left front hub, one glow plug relay, two priming pump rebuild kits, and one set of rear brake pads. I bought the front pads but they havenít needed replacing yet. I installed a transfer case pump rub kit a couple years ago. Got to reading on these Internet forums about how they will all rub a hole and cause failure. The inside of this one had zero wear. I installed the kit as I was already in there. The transmission fluid was swapped out to transynd at that time also. The truck has a flip over gooseneck hitch and will include the camlocker box. This has been the best vehicle my family has ever owned and I probably will kick myself for selling it.

Thanks, they were the best looking of that era in my opinion. Let me know if you would like any more information.

Everything in the interior work as it should? All the lights, dash, radio accessories, seat heaters, seat positioning, etc?

The only thing that doesnít work is the auto down on the drivers window. The window rolls down but should roll down automatically after holding the switch for a second or so.
