Default LOOKING: Used COOL car

My Son is looking for a used car. ((MAX budget is $10k))

He's looking for something hip and trendy for 18 year olds. He wants something sporty. I've gotten 2 cars from THT and so far so good as they are still running strong. Post up what you have. Will travel or get it delivered for the right car and the right deal. We are in Fort Myers Florida.

Not in a rush but would like to get a car into his hands by the end of January if I can find the right one.

He likes

Camaro's / Some mustangs / Chargers / Sporty Toyota's / Sporty Honda's or all sporty imports / BMW's / Mercedes

Basically something that Dad can drive for fun every now and then.

I have a 1990 corvette. It’s not your list but thought I’d throw it out there. 45k miles. Red on red. 6 speed manual. I don’t have any pics on my iPad but could get you some. $8k.

All options are on the table it's just a matter of finding the right car that he really likes.

Funny you posted this. I showed him this car and he's very intrigued. I am going to show him some classic car that are local before we move forward as this car is a days drive away. He did ask if he could see it in person but that's not going to happen "yet" until I can find out exactly what floats his boat.

But a manual transmission all but guarantees no texting and driving...... If the search changes to include manuals, let me know. Have a 2007 Mitsubishi Spyder GT (Convertible) V6 6speed Manual, around 45000 miles.

I have a 1987 El Camino with a 350 and TH350 transmission, 3.08 gears, leather bucket seats, all new suspension with some aftermarket parts and all of the F-41 package chassis bracing and pretty nice paint. It's a Florida car with no body or frame rust.

I could be talked into throwing in the bike too...
