I canít seem to figure out what I do and donít have. In lieu of this, please stop all any/all of my paid subscriptions to this site.

A difficult task to say the least...you will be billed for eternity unless you go to your PayPal account and Manage Subscriptions. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription on the Hull Truth Website...even though that is the message you get from PayPal.

I think it is fairly easy if he follows the instructions in the link I posted.

If it is not under your subscriptions you should not be subscribed.

Might want to reach out to PayPal and let them know there is an issue.

You guys suck. Why make it so hard to cancel a subscription. I go to Paypal and it doesn't show up as automatic yet you renew every year. Why should we have to go to paypal to cancel your subscription. Come on guys, is 2020. Get with the program and stop making it so difficult to do this.

Go to paypal and cancel your subscription.
If you used Contact Us to request a refund, it will be processing soon.
Feel free to do a search or look at the other posts on this topic in this forum

p.s. The reason you have to cancel thru paypal is because you PAID thru paypal.

It's under preapproved payments. This is sad that you can't cancel via TheHullTruth.com. Also sad that there's no instructions until this thread that started in 2019.

I didn't even noticed that payments are reoccurring until I got the email from paypal. I'll contact paypal to cancel the reoccurring payment. Glad I read this thread.

UPDATE: I just cancelled my reoccurring payment but took a while to wade thru the screens.

Here's the processFrom your computer, hereís how:
  1. Click Settings

At the top of the page.
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  4. Select the merchant's name or email address.
  5. Click Cancel. Note: A couple more steps after clicking on "Cancel"
If the payment has already completed, you can request a refund from the seller.
