Default Missing options bar after Win 10 help needed

Replaced home computer which has Win 10 and have lost this options bar for THT. I view in Firefox on the old, new, and at work. Work is also Win 10. Suggestions?

I suppose it's possible Windows 10 has some kind of incompatibility. Did you try other browsers, like Chrome?

No, but I will. Keep in mind, Fire Fox and Win 10 in both locations.

Meanwhile other suggestions:
  • Make sure you haven't accidentally slipped into mobile mods (look for "view full site")
  • Turn off plugins, especially any ad block, facebook, etc.
