Default TD did the right thing

I don't shop at TD a lot but lost a Tormenter Looney Bird and saw their prices were decent so ordered.

Right as I hit submit I noticed I had a typo in my email address, so never received updates or confirmations.

A few weeks later the 2 birds never arrived so I called on a friday and they were able to find the order, it showed delivered so asked I give it another few days. still did not arrive so I called again and they shipped me 2 more for no fee to replace the lost ones.

30 days later I receive the originals and a note written to post office to deliver to correct address so 100% a us mail issue, not TD, but they had already resolved anyway.

I called again and got a return slip and sent back the 2 that arrived 30 days late but was happy they had stepped up in the mean time so I could fish the birds vs waiting on tracking etc.

Again, I'm not a great customer of TD, but saw this thread and a few people upset with them. my experience was good on price and service.
