Default Set up for Grouper

I am leaning towards an Accurate reel like the BV2-500 for grouper fishing. What other brands might I compare. I like the above because it's 16 oz,sufficient drag I think at 30 lb.I want a two speed and the Accurate is 6.1/4.1
Do you think the narrow model might be sufficient and also less bulky?

Please suggest a rod to match it up with. I figure an XH but maybe a H would work. I want the rod itself to be light in weight for less fatigue. I would prefer a roller tip and a foam butt.
Thanks and will these be going on sale around Memorial Day? Is there a reduced price in buying a combo?
