I have been using Tackle Direct for years too. Always great service and great products. This guy had a problem with his order and Tackle Direct offered to fix the problem. What else could you ask for. They are a great company.

TD is awesome, great prices, but more importantly, when needed I've had excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend!!!

Just got some Stormr gear delivered super quick as per the usual. Never had any issues in the dozens upon dozens of shipments Iíve received from TD.

I have NEVER had an issue with Tackle Direct. John has been great over the last few years since I shifted to offshore and have ZERO complaints with the service.

I have nothing to gain and don’t even know him.

From the responses he has sent when I asked for THT discount codes I would be willing to bet his offers to help or make it right are genuine and sincere.

I won’t share publicly but I can assure you the number of orders I placed rigging the boat, purchasing 2 LP’s, and everything else under the sun opened up lots of opportunities for a breakdown in service but it just never happened.

Give him a chance to make it right and I am sure he won’t come up short.

I emailed them 4 times and they didnít bother to respond. Ordered a rod on 9/25 and itís status showed as pending until today. I finally called them and it turns out they were out of stock (this was not notated on their website) and they wonít expedite shipping or refund my shipping fees. So Iíll be a rod short for my trip this weekend and will look elsewhere for future purchases.

I apologize about this! I show the rod was marked as available to order - usually ships in 3-5 business days. Our website availability indicators are real time and if an item is in stock it will state that it is and how many we have.It shipped on the 5th business day on schedule and will be delivered on Friday 10/5.
