The website and communications should be more forthright about this. Banner at top says 3 to 5 day delay. My order confirmation said 7 to 10 days. I ordered on May 3rd, order still says pending. I understand the delays, but it should be communicated at time of order.

I ordered an oversized item on May 7, got shipping confirmation May 9 and had item in hand May 12. With the weekend falling in there, I was happy with the shipping times.

Comms isn't great, but once you establish comms, they appear to be on it.

I had a defective reel. Once I got hold of someone, they shipped out a replacement, trusting I would return the defective one with the email provided label.

But, better to under promise and over deliver, rather than the other way around.

Amazon has been showing warnings saying be prepared for two week delays on some items. Longest I've waited is 5 days.

I submitted an order on April 30 and still don't even have shipping confirmation...

Not only that, but I emailed the customer service department six days ago to ask for an update on where my order was in the process and they still haven't gotten back to me.

Like everyone else, I understand delays but this is ridiculous. If you can help, my order number is 842577.

Its understandable if orders are behind.... but the communication should be better. I emailed multiple times to get an update on a backorder item before I received an email back simply saying it was out of stock... this was about a month later. What I don't understand is why my email is being flooded with advertisements if you can't keep up with the already processed orders.

Can you check on order W-847684? Like others, I am sensitive to the difficult situation and want to support my local NJ businesses, but the lack of communication is frustrating. No notice. Emails have gone unanswered. Please help.
