Hi can you help with order #849666 please?
I've emailed and your CS just says to be patient.
To me it looks like a USPS shipped label was created, but the package was never actually given to them. I called USPS and they confirmed they have not received it yet.

Hi - Placed an order for 3 Shimano rods back in March - order number #813416. I received one of them last week and was wondering if you could give me an ETA on the other two I paid for. I've tried reaching out via chat, email, phone with no luck. Thank you...update on order 813416

I ordered two rods that were in stock on the 13th. In fact there were 10 in stock and after I ordered there were 8 instock so the system is correcting itself. Now its been 10 days and nothing has moved. Still "Pending review" whatever that means, I thought I had ordered these well in time since you web site says delay is 3-5 days. I knew I had more than that at the time. But still today, 10 days later, nothing has moved and there are not many ways to contact you guys. No phones, no chat... I need to know if these are going to be here before next Friday as I am taking some kids fishing at the beach and need to rig them these two Surf rods up for that.

I went out and about and purchased those rods at Cablea's today so I could load my rod case up and start preliminary packing for the beach. Leave early Friday morning and don't have time after today to shop. So contact me in some fashion. Ive emailed this to customer service as well. I don't need them anymore. Got them for about the same price but had to drive to Greenville to get them. I'm not mad. I just ran out of time to be sure I could take care of this detail before the beach trip.
Stay safe and hope things improve for you. I just got more things than this to deal with right now so had to check this one off the list.

Ok so Tyler was nice enough to just cancel the order. I guess what shows as stock is NOT their stock. So they were having to source them from the supplier which then also appears to introduce an unknown factor into things. Will comment that this is not clear on the web site or in any communications I got. It never said we don't have them. And was never told they were trying to get them. This seems to be left out of anything on their web site. It simply says delays of shipping 3-5 Days. That should be changed. Nothing about the misleading stock numbers on the order pages or anything about what they have vs what they need to get. And they do not have a good way to communicate right now. Only method right now is email and those go mostly unanswered. Anyway... I got my refund and I got another rod for the beach so Ill wait till better times to order from tackledirect again. No worries no problem.

Let me explain how our stock messaging works. Our site lists the availability of each item in an effort to be as transparent as possible. The Rods on the order were listed as available at our vendors with an additional lead time listed rather than in stock with a real time inventory amount. We do send an email the day of the order being placed reminding you some of the items were listed as out of stock/ Available from the vendors when ordered.Unfortunately, we are dealing with vendors that are not working with full employee capacity which has caused further delays in their warehouses. We certainly apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.

I ordered a Gaff 4 weeks or so ago and they finally shipped it , left a note on a door that I needed to sign for it , not sure why I need to sign for a $100 item... they took the package back now I don’t know where it is , that was a week ago , tried calling the # got nothing , tracking says it was just a failed delivery attempt but doesn’t show me where it is now . They have only tried to deliver it once , I have been charged for it so can I either get a refund or see about getting it delivered again ? Thanks
