I placed an order on 7/1 and 2/3 of the items have been backordered... a Aftco bait net and shears. If a fishing tackle company can't keep these basic fishing items in stock and then takes 3 plus weeks to get delivery (still not here yet) they are doomed.

Many of my fishing purchases are spontaneous and I don't care for the local tackle shop, so when I do buy, I want the items without any hassle.

I escalated a dispute through paypal. My credit union has been no help so far. I am out almost three times your amount. BTW, it is not reasonable to believe their lame excuse that an ordering software glitch is responsible for this. For me its been almost a month for all I know this has been going on longer than that. I do not believe this BS excuse of theirs, more likely they are fraudulent.

Add me to the list, I ordered some Owner Hooks that my local shop doesn't carry. Its been 8 days and I haven't heard a word from them. I have sent emails and left messages. As I type I'm on hold. No one ever picks up the phone. Don't bother leaving a number for a call back, you wouldn't get one. I want my order canceled at this point.

So after filing a complaint/dispute with paypal yesterday on my order I just got a shipping conformation from TD which is the first email I have received since the acknowledgement of my order on the 10th. Lets see if the order actually arrives.......

BBB - better business bureau complaints. TD is not affiliated but from my understanding if enough "Consumer Complaints" are given then an acting representative of BBB or affiliate of creates some noise and communication.

I'm am in a similar boat as most of you spending over 10k over the last few years and recently needing a warranty issue covered but 10 calls with call-back prompt, reached out to sales so see if they could escalate, called late PM, early AM, etc.

Quick update, while I can. We are shipping many orders a day now again. The system upgrade went poorly at best as we all know. If you ordered on or around 7/1 your order HAS been an adventure! Even orders we were able to ship out we weren't able to send something as simple as a tracking number. That has since been fixed. Order status in order accounts is now fixed.

This backlog caused our phone lines to explode! We are FINALLY getting back to normalcy on week 4 and are getting way more packages out and the call volume is subsiding and we are getting back to business as usual.

I appreciate all of your patience and understanding! No one will be out any money or product. To all of you that PM'd me and let me handle your order personally, thank you!

To anyone reading this that has any questions or needs help with their order just PM or email me and it will get handled ASAP
