I'm sure Cleveland is expected to cruise to the finals but I'd like to see Boston give them a run. The 2 youngsters Tatum and Brown should give LeBron a little defense and he will have to play a little to keep up with rookies. Al Horford should match up with Love pretty well since he can play away from the basket. The Centers are a wash and the guard play(not LeBron) should be in favor of the Celtics. Rozier has come on very strong and Smart is very athletic off the bench. Tatem and Brown have played incredibly for rookies.
I'm a Heat fan so I will be rooting for the Celtics. No explanation required.

Now here's my review of the West: Whoever makes the most baskets will win.

The East could get interesting, Brad the Boy Wonder is a spectacular coach. Not one vote for coach of the year ??? !!! WTF ?
and we get to see LeBron, continue to prove that he is one of the all time greats, ( I don't like him, but he is unbelievably good), and in the Conference finals for the 8th straight year !!

Basically the four teams I would have picked at the start of the season, too bad the injuries changed the complexion of the East.

Yet, as a Knicks fan, it's nice to see some talent on the floor !
Snub is an understatement.
I wonder if Simmons gets rook after getting schooled and disappearing faster than Hoffa`s corpse.

We have LeBron as the best player not named Michael or Kobe at the moment.
The C`s have the three best players after the King.
Horford will school Love.
Tatum is making Danny look even smarter if that is possible.
Smart is a grinder and his energy is nonstop on both ends.

Stevens. NOT ONE STINKING VOTE.
How deflating.
C`s in 7.

Horford - Love could be the deciding factor, will Thompson make another appearance or does he have the Kardashian STD Syndrome ?
Tatum is amazing
and Simmons stock definitely took a hit, Philly got schooled alright. But they have a bright future.
Cav's in 7

IT BEGINS !!!

I won't count Lebron out but I kind of think the C's may be to deep for the Cavs. The Cavs don't play d and don't have much offensive identity outside of Lebron. Maybe he can carry this team but I think it's just to many Lebron player picks followed by more playground mid season trade pics, lacking the cohesiveness of "team". trench time together, etc.

Lebron is going to see who the coach of the year really is and he is named Brad.

Today's NBA, guys between 6'3" and 6'10" and every position switchable, no more centers, power forward, small forward, point and shooting guards, just front court and back court player, the game is faster and three point dominant.
As a long time NBA fan, I find myself readjusting to this new style of play, no more centers with their back to the basket, no Kevin McHale clothlining people, twenty point lead evaporating like rain puddles in the sun.
This is hard for me to say, as a long time Lakers fan I find this Celtic's team exciting.
GO WARRIORS.

That was an unexpected blow out WOW !!

Cav's D is invisible again !

The Celtics are all over their man, great D and team play.

Great coach and great GM, Ainge is doing a really, really good job.

they executed their rotations in and out with speed and precision.
LeBron had very few lanes and you could see his frustration.

the traveling call was pretty funny.

"Playoff Al baby"

I had the game on but didn't watch the game intently. However one very telling play I did see was Labron going to the rim and missing. The C's ran down the floor and 5 guys scored on 4 Cavs easily. Labron was still at the other end of the floor complaining about the no call.

Well the other series begins tonight, I expect the Warriors to be too deep and playing a 4 on 3 type of game. 4 Really, really, really good players vs 3 really, really good players.
When Durant joined the Warriors last summer I thought it was all over then, unless injury derailed them. The real road to the Championship starts tonight.

Two good coaches and two excellent teams.

Will Harden and Paul exorcise their playoff curses ? Will Green let his emotions hurt the defending Champs .

To win the series Cleveland must win a game in Boston, does not matter if its game 2,5 or 7, so until they have lost four games to Boston, I believe they will be in the NBA finals, as I type this Boston is up by six with five minutes to go in game two.
