Definitely not getting a warm fuzzy with Stamkos and his lower body.

My absolute favorite time of the year - NHL playoffs and getting the boat out!

First round predictions:
Tampa Bay vs. New Jersey: Tampa in 6 games (Bolts have too much depth)
Boston vs Toronto: Toronto in 6 games (Choke-a Rask got a great start to playoff season on Sunday, and Florida has nowhere near the talent Toronto does)
Washington vs Columbus: Washington in 7 games (which goalie actually wins the games for Washington is the question, but another deadly Ian Cole turnover in the defensive zone kills the Jackets)
Pittsburgh vs Philadelphia: Pens in 6 games (Giroux can't play all 60 minutes at all 3 forward positions)

Nashville vs. Colorado: Nashville in 5 games (this really should be a sweep, but Rinne is always good for a horrendous bad away game)
Winnipeg vs Minnesota: Minnesota in 6 games (Bruce Boudreau can't lose EVERY series, can he?)
Vegas vs LA Kings: Vegas in 7 games (why not - it's not like their entire season has been predictable anyway)
Anaheim vs San Jose: San Jose in 6 games (this one could go either way, but neither team stands a chance anyway)

A hot goalie can shred that forecast, regardless of who's hot and who's not..........................

I am a huge Bruins fan. But the Penguins are the defending champs and until they are knocked out, it's hard to bet against them.

Nashville is even better than last year, but is Vegas the team of destiny this year?

All I know is I want to be at a game in Nashville. I was within 2 days of going last year and work got in the way. Love the fans passion and the atmosphere

There is nothing like playoff hockey!!!

x2,Boston is home,Pens have a local kid to me on there Conor Sheary so always pulling for them. But it really is sweet watching the Caps shit themselves as usual.OV is never going to raise a cup.

Lightning had that game if it ended at the 2nd period. Then lost our heads/cool with the penalties. Defense looked awful too. Devils (especially Hall) looked fast and aggressive. Bad call on the sergachev shoulder though, which led to the hot heads at the end of the game. Boyle scrapping though? of all people?
