As an N.C. State fan I feel right at home adopting my wife's teams from her hometown of Cleveland as my own. I'm comfortable with the perpetual next year.

Except the Browns. I will never pull for the Browns.

But truth be told, Cleveland has had alot to be excited about lately.

Can't stand the Yankees so for me it's Go Houston. Verlander pitched a gem today. He has not lost a game since he was traded from the Tigers. Gonna miss him here in Detroit but I hope he finally gets his World Series ring.

Houston is very, very good, Altuve is amazing and the Yanks should pitch around him. Verlander and Keuchel were fantastic, but the Yanks weren't far behind .
It is a 7 game series so, The Yankees need to protect home field, or it could be a short series. The Astro's pitching is shutting down the Yankees offense, good pitching always beats good offense.

Losing twice 2-1 hurts, but shows how competitive the series is.

GO YANKS tomorrow night !!!

Yes, the pitching of the Stros is tough. Bullpens win this time of year. I’m a NL fan so don’t care who wins this series but wouldn’t mind seeing the Dodgers or Cubs take it.

The most probable American League MVP is 17-27 in the playoffs this year, against the Yankees he is 5-8. But his legs have essentially won both games for the Astros. The Yanks have to keep Altuve off the bases and pitch around him when there are men on. He is a 5'8" wrecking crew !! Amazing talent !!!

GO YANKEES !!

CC to the rescue ( I hope )

Well CC did come to the rescue and pitched a 3 hitter through 6 shut out innings
The pen filled in for a nice 8-1 win at the Stadium

They say Sonny Gray is going to pitch today at %PM

UH OH !!

His stats against Houston aren't very good, in fact his last couple of starts have been terrible.

The winner today is likely to win it all.

Dallas vs Tanaka

This should be another nail biter

What a great series, two very good teams really going at it.

Last night's game was a thrilling comeback for the Bronx Bombers

Verlander pitched another gem. Got himself in trouble in the 6th and 7th innings but pitched his way out of trouble.

Go Houston.

Verlander is unbelievable

He was over the hill, washed up and then - OMG he is great again, maybe better than ever

Justin Verlander has pitched in five elimination games in his career. He is now 4-1 in those games with a 1.21 ERA and has posted 24 straight scoreless innings in those games.

Verlander fended off the potent Bombers for the second time in the ALCS, going seven scoreless innings while striking out eight, as the Astros forced a decisive Game 7 with a 7-1 victory on Friday at Minute Maid Park.

Verlander went the distance while striking out 13 in the Astros’ walk-off victory over the Yankees in Game 2. He has allowed just one run in 16 innings in the ALCS while striking out 21.

Well tonight it is CC to the rescue again ( I hope)

Great Series GAME 7 Tonight

JV was a steal.
Now David Price, well maybe he`ll be a good middle reliever...

How old is CC now? 45?
