OH I see you are from S. Florida Mi Hami country

no wonder you hate Pierce

He and Garnett better step it up or they will be done. Pierce was good in the first game but sucked in the game last night. Garnett just sucks. The Nets were better when Garnett was hurt and Plumlee started at center.
can't stand pierce and garnett, would love to see them get beat by the heat in the playoffs as a retirement present for garnett and hopefully pierce.

i do not dislike the nets. i've been in fl for 22 yrs from nyc where i was a knicks season ticket holder during some really awfull years and have been a heat season ticket holder since wade and shaq teamed up. so really i just dislike anything sports related with a boston influence!

I was @ both home games last 2 championships ( my Aunt has beacoup $$$$ )

Went to game 7 first year, and lucked out and went to the 6th game I believe last year where we hoisted it again.. the energy is insane.

I'm going with the Heat to win it, and hope I am blessed enough to be there again when the confetti falls!!

That was pretty close last night, the Bobcats were in it till the end. Nice double team and steal, to seal the deal at the end. Chalmers is under rated on defense.

The Heat do not look as strong as they were last year, it will be a tough road.

doing what they've done all year, playing at the level of the competition, what other teams are up 2-0(mia,wash)?

watching the beginning of the pacers game and the arena is half empty, who do they think they are, miami fans?

They are playing the Bobcats

The East is pretty weak, so we may never know until they get to the finals. Considering the inexplicable implosion of Indiana, the only team that matches up well with them is Brooklyn; who won their series with Miami 4-0.
I think 2 games were in OT.

Never thought I would ever cheer for the Clippers, however I find myself wishing them well, the Western Conference is a real mess, the # 1,2 and 4 seeds are all in trouble, and had the Clippers not won last night, the four top seeds would be facing elimination,

Did someone say the NBA brass are arranging a Brooklyn/Miami match up.

If they are someone better tell Pierce and Garnett and D Will better play some D. The Raptor guards are running wild and their center is too big for any of the Nets. They would have been better off with Chicago.

It certainly looks that way, but hard to have a run and gun season coming off 2 championships and nearly breaking the ALL TIME NBA streak for consecutive wins last year.. no reason to gas yourselves during the season when the end goal is going for the three-peat. Same reasons why they gave Wade so much rest this season. They will turn on when they need to, which is now. It will certainly be a tough road, but I know the Heat fear no team. That can't be said for their opponents. Best of luck to all teams, may the best one win!

Didn't see this earlier, but that was what I was embellishing on. We have been on a maintenance schedule so to speak for the whole team, or as you put it just "playing at the (lower) level of the competition"

That's funny. True but funny. The first championship I saw in 2012, we didn't get there till close to end of first quarter game 7, we went to dinner before and when women are in charge things take longer. Wouldn't have minded so much but the other fans around me took the special playoff shirts that they leave on the chairs for fans.

Check out Memphis, they are giving the fan favorite OKC boys a real run for the money.

Memphis with a healthy Gasol is a dangerous team. Tony Allen's foul on Westbrook while up by 5 Wow that was as dumb as Pineda's pine tar display

4 games yesterday
2 were very, very good

But the Dallas - San Antonio game was electric with one of the best finishes of all time

Some very good games that should have been decided at the free throw line without all the drama, most of these guys seems unable to make a free throw in crunch time, and the refs are having problems preforming under the bright lights.............playoff basketball.......feel the pressure.

The Vince Carter three pointer was spectacular...........next up, the Clipper/Warriors, will the Donald Sterling fiasco have any negative effect on his team.

Down by 17, up by 5, give up a 12-2 run in crunch time and lose at home.

Very uneven play,

They may not advance again this year, Kidd had some strange combinations on the floor. Garnett gets more fouls on illegal picks than anyone I can remember.

Three game 7's today and two tomorrow

There were almost 3 game 7's each day, but:
Lillard's 3 point buzzer beater was unbelievable - Portland advances

Only Miami, Washington and Portland have advanced so far. Overtime has become the norm for many, especially the Thunder - Grizzlies .
