They should give him a job, instead of a "symbolic gesture".

I had the pleasure of spending some time with Schiano while at One Buc place on draft day. I had no real opinion of him one way or another until then. Honestly he impressed the hell out of me and I can count on one hand the number of coaches that I have thought of in the same light on the first meeting. I was there with a couple of friends and he took time coming off the practice field to catch up with us in the building and say hello and hang out for 10 mins or so. A top shelf hire and I hope the season is a great one for him. He clearly is about kicking some ass if guys do not walk the straight line and that is what this club needs. Even some players we spoke with confirmed that he means business and they are running a little scared. Probably what they needed after Rah Rah was there running the ship in the ground.

I can't wait to see what will happen this season. It would be nice if our drought was brought to an end

I'm ready to see us 'The Bucs' back in the playoffs.
