Default So long NFL

Tried to watch game 1. That lasted a few minutes! Hopefully enough folks tune out to where it affects the $. Maybe then they will figure out enough is enough. Bye NFL.

It's okay to boycott and not support a company or organization that disrespect American's, the flag and the millions of troops and police that fought and serve for their rights to live free and play the game. I will not support them at all. It's your right to support them as well.

It will subside. The league is one the. The Network investor advertisers are another thing. Drop 20-30% of viewership, this thing drops off
the map. I already told Direct TV I’ll wait to see

I couldn’t agree with you more. I thought the pregame and anthem were well done. Nothing over the top and put to bed quickly.

I love football. Having played D1 college ball, I’m on the edge of my seat every year for it to start. All the race stuff is just background noise.

Have not watched the NFL for a couple of years and now the underlying BS narrative is spreading to other sports...I hope viewership drops significantly to bring them to their knees.... Could careless about pro sports...still watch college but that maybe headed downward if they let the players start pushing coaches around...

It also cracks me up when people call it the National Felons League. There are a ton of good guys in that league that do a LOT of great things for their communities. I have a former player playing in the league and one of my best friends worked for the Carolina Panthers for years. It's amazing the great things those guys do for kids, visiting injured servicemen, hospitals, education etc and most of it largely not covered by the news.

I'm not watching the game because I pretty much only watch a couple of teams and I couldn't care less what their politics are-- same with celebrities. I watch movies and professional sports for entertainment.

But it's your prerogative of course to watch or don't watch or complain or not complain. Life's too short-- enjoy yours either way gentlemen!

Whether it be Companies, sports or actors NONE of them should be involved in politics or using their job to push such... I dont expect politics or agendas to be pushed in any of those areas..
