Default First lawsuit against Astros!

Herrrrre we go! Former Toronto Bluejays pitcher Mike Bolsinger has sued the Astros for "unfair biz tactics" among other charges. He wants them to forgo their $30M+ bonus after their World's Series win as well. He was sent back to the minors after they stroked his pitches one series that year. He was also denied a hefty bonus. I am surprised it's taken this long before suits were filed against them for sign stealing. I'm waiting for a class action suit against them by sports gamblers!!!

I hope they sue the players, Astro's organization and MLB into submission.

This is an indelible mark on MLB and the Commissioner is AWOL !
The players that cheated shouldn't get service credit for that year and all records should be erased.

Bolsingers numbers when he got sent down as well as the number of trash cans hits is nuts.

The fact that Alex Cora was the bench coach for the cheating Astros and was subsequently fired by the Red Sox
might have something to do with your position ?

Is it true that the Red Sox were giving overtightened baseballs to the opposing pitchers ?
That the doctored balls would travel 15 1/2 % further ?

OH No - Not Again !!

Some useless "overly talented burger flipper otherwise" recently signed a 9yr 300someodd million $$$ contract, most of the majors players are making WAY MORE than they are remotely worth...

And yet folks wanna wonder why cheating and "looking for ANY advantage possible" only gets worse with time???

Prediction: Astros will be champs this season largely due to their increased on-base percentage from all the beanings they will have endured and the baseball world will be just fine with that.

Makes sense to me! If I worked my whole life for a moment, and someone broke the rules for their own personal gain at my expense, why shouldn't I get compensated?
