Default panthers Newton

Surprised not one thread after the Panther game yesterday. Not sure newton's shoulder is 100%. But the attitude sure is the same. I think he cares more about how he looks (stupid) then winning.

Never liked his mentality. Like a petulant child. People said he would mature, but I haven't seen it.

I'm ready for Newton to go the hell on from Carolina. He's been a pouty child since day 1. I'm sick of watching him.

He's ran his course for sure. He looked like he has lost a lot of weight. Why Rivera likes him is beyond me. Wish they had a backup worth playing.

Jesus. He's played one game since coming back.

25/38 for 240 yds. And against the NFC champs. That's not bad considering he threw, like, 3 passes in the preseason.

He's a bad loser. I can live with that.

I like when he said today that his offensive coordinator has his running back on his fantasy team and lets that dictate the play calling.

Who gives a shit. It’s the panthers. Big jerry was a POS, as are most of his players.

When i I was younger, first year of the panthers existence, Jerry’s son Mark sat next to us at Clemson. Panthers played their first season in Death Valley.

Mark sent us some sideline passes. Was on the field for the panthers/falcons game. Big POS Jerry came on the field and kicked us off. Accused my dad of being a liar when told that Mark had given us the passes. He can rot in hell. Along with the entire existence of the panthers.

I’m an Auburn fan, don’t keep up too much with the Panthers.

I think Cam has more talent and potential that probably any player we have ever seen. I also think he will never come close to that potential until he finally “grows up.” Sadly, I think that ship has sailed.

I will I’ll never forget a quote I once saw: “Can you imagine if Shaq had the drive and desire of Michael Jordan”

I agree with this

To me they should have NEVER let Steve Smith get out of Carolina, he elevated entire team

Newton is a “prima donna “ but he is one hell of a talent . Defense is what needs more work

Most of your QB's are very arrogant, why they are QB's some just choose words better than others

That's a great analogy! Can I use that or do you have it trademarked? He just acts like such a dick that even if I was a Panthers fan I wouldn't like him. Every time he does that dab move I feel my blood pressure go up.

Reminds me of his pre-SB interview where he said that people are not ready for him and that they have never seen anything like him (referring to his talents), only to get destroyed and embarrassed in the game. If he could only focus on task at hand......

Yeah, that's pretty freaking funny. You don't get the joke?

During the preseason, Turner said that they were going to try to spread the ball around to spare Mac. Then they basically gave him the ball on every down (led in rushes and recs).

I don't think they've ever played a dime in the entire history. And now, with this current roster, they're trying a big nickle or a bolt package. It's gonna take some time to adjust and I'll think we'll see less of Keuchly and more of Thompson. I'd say watch for this tomorrow night. I think it's going to work well against Winston.

He can't and his whiney demeanor when he's down will always outweigh his accomplishments until he wins the SB, which won't happen.

His post-SB interview is the one everyone will remember.

Yeah...this. he isn't a leader. He sulks over to the bench and pouts every time something goes wrong.

And he's running out of time to correct it.

Check his stats, pretty clear why Rivera likes him, agreed he’s wasting his talent.
