Default F*** N.C. State

Saw this coming from a mile away last year. We don't have U*NCs lawyers and we are too dumb to figure out how to let the unimportant sports programs take the fall for this like they do. Plus, the NCAA absolutely hates us and will make an example out of us.

Should have never hired that slimeball POS Mark Gottfried.

We even suck at cheating!

This is unfortunately going to be Debbie Yow's legacy, for all the good she did. Now we know why she retired.

Again...shit on this school's athletics department.

On the plus side...this is what all the blue schools do so I'm thrilled to see we've reached the big time again. I mean, besides what's in the record books.

I'm positive it doesn't go beyond basketball unlike another school in close proximity...though they have the resources to make it all go away. We will get the death penalty and the BOG will double it for good measure and we will bend over and say thank you sir may I have another. Our admin has the backbone of a wet noodle.

Even still, we are a basketball school so it does suck.

Least we don't have any recent banners to come down.

I dont think we will see another death penalty in our time. The time after notice sometimes hurts worse than the actual punishment. Recruiting takes a huge hit. Either fight or beg for leniency but either way, try to get it over quick.

I hope you're right. The NCAA is such a joke.

Yep. It'll be interesting to see what they actually do to us, but one things for certain...the media around Raleigh is foaming at the mouth for another Jim Valvano style witch hunt.

And we don't have many friends in the national media either, especially ESPN. Plus, they're all pissed because it was essentially some N.C. State message board posters who exposed UNCs mess years ago...

You cannot expect ACC teams to be as good as the Situational Ethics Conference teams at cheating.

Those SEC teams have way more experience at this.

wait.......basketball matters?

Basketball ceased to be a noteworthy sport when they quit enforcing traveling calls. Pretty much just a baggy shorts and sneaker fashion show these days.

The game is pretty much unwatchable anymore. I've watched very little over the past few years, and I grew up in ACC basketball county.

No doubt. The $EC ha$ a certain $omething that make$ them $tand out.

And no the irony of posting that while my school paid $40k for an overrated selfish ballhog to commit isn't lost on me.

I'm just saying we needed to shell out for all the accompanying parts SEC style in order to actually win a championship.

Having gone to UMD, when Yow moved to state I sent condolences to a friend who is a huge State fan.

After moving down here in 2013 I adopted State since my dotter went there and I had fond memories of V.

At least now we can be happy the witch is gone.
