This.. The terramar rods are a tad heavy but hold up well. Don't forget good leader material and knot.

Check out the Fin Nor reels. I bought one and it works great for those species. I agree go talk to the guys at Fishin Franks. Very knowledgeable, helpful and not high pressure at all. In fact Frank took me outside the store to demonstrate a rod to go with my reel.

Default I guess

I guess there’s so many choices with rods and reels I guess I’ll just have to try them out and see what works for me, I already told my wife when we go there to look at property we have to stop at fishin franks, LOL.
