It's infuriating and disappointing. This is the fish community. I.e. hard working, hard fishing, largely good people. A few scum bags need to get taught a life lesson

is this his still a dealer/wholesaler/manufacturer show?

if so, this is atrocious. I could see this if this is a retail show. Either way, I hate a thief.

I don't even think they look at the products to pick winners. Just look at the brand names.

I'm assuming they aren't available yet. If they are, any idea where? Seems reasonable compared to some of the high end pliers prices.

- Yes it is, and I agree, that makes it even worse

- they are not available yet. No one has gotten them in stock, and no guides have been given them yet to fish. They are worth the money in my opinion. And as mentioned above about the pivot point, they seem like the smoothness will last over time. Very nice piece.

We had product stolen out of our booth this year. Very disappointed.

It is but I was talking to the Power Pole guys and they basically said it is becoming more of a consumer show with everyone getting their buddy a badge who has nothing to do with the industry. So the dealer thing is going on but you are flooded with tire kickers who are just there to gawk at the stuff. If I were to guess I'd say this is probably contributing to the theft thing. That and other countries just taking products instead of taking pictures to revers engineer them. Lots of booths with knock off gear.
