Don't buy until they change the year to 2006, though. If you buy now I believe it ends June 1 and then the new fishing year starts.

My tuna permit was for a boat I sold last year. There's a month to go on the best part of our tuna season. Hate to miss it. Can I get it transfered over to the new boat? Anyone know the answer?
