Default Catching snook

Hi guys,
Last wekend i went to key largo, we were on my nephew's flat boat on the bay catching Pilchards and we went inside a small watrchannel or spillway whatever you call it and the water was about 4ft deep, and as i was casting my net i saw like 10 snook that looked 30" big, im going there next week and i wanna know what will they bite on, i use a 15# fluorocarbon on a penn550ss .

Go for 40-50# fluoro as the gill plates will cut through the 15 with the first head shake. Pin one of those pilchards on a small live bait hook, present it quietly and hold on tight.
