Mike helped me out with his code a while back I ordered spools of Mono for striper fishing up here in MA (20 LB) It works as good or better than other manufacturers that I have used in past.

I may call them to try to get some 130 lb spools for Tuna fishing as well although I am pretty well stocked at the moment.

I'll mention several members would like 130 in bulk and see what they do.

Hey does anyone want to go in on some 130 LB Fluoro? They don't have spools but I spoke witth them and they are willing to apply the discount code and bulk discount. each 50 Yard spool comes out to around $40 a pop ... If someone wants to go halves with me we each get 5x 50 yard spools for about 200 bucks + shipping.

I don't need 10 spools but 5 wouldnt be awful to have.

Let me know. I can get it all shipped to me and send it priority mail.

Anybody have some reviews as compared to other fluorocarbon leader material?

Well we use about 1000 yards a month. We used to use seaguar and made and it's better/cheaper.

The fact that it sells out and it's always out of stock should be the tell tale.

Curious what you prefer more about this than Seauguar? Obviously its a fraction of the price - performance wise differences?

The fact that it's a fifth of the cost helps but I found seaguar so stiff that it made the heavier weights (40-80 pound) almost too heavy/stiff and the Bullbuster is stiff but the action the baits get is better. It knots better also and is about the same for strength and abrasion resistance.

I felt like I had to baby the seaguar and suffix when leadering a fish or it'd break but with the Bullbuster (and Andrew for that matter) I can pull hard and it almost has more stretch or something and it doesn't break. Just personal experience. We've fished the BB now for over 1000 charter trips.

Haha I guess I have just always just believed in the saying 'it's expensive to be cheap'. I don't get out much, so when I do, I want complete trust in my gear. Just didn't want to ever buy something simply because it was less $$

It is getting covered in 12+ inches of snow as we speak!

coming out nicely hope to have it all ready to go by May 1st. Lots of work but it'll be worth it. only got out on it 3-4x before we had to pull for winter.

Ah that's right, I remember now you have to start over every year. Since I've been in Fl for the last 8-9 years I forgot all about that snow stuff...
