Default Fishing the U-Boat

I was wanting to try fishing the u-boat reck off of block island I am told there are a lot of sharks in that area anybody have any experience fishing that wreck or the east grounds just wanting to try some new spots and fish species.

The entire area south and east (west also) of block is excellent for sharking. The bass wreck, acid barge, tuna ridge, shark ledge, the whole 30 fathom curve, the horns, the suffolk, the butterfish holes, etc, etc, etc.

Target rich environment.

Default re-uboat fishing

Have you ever fished the u-boat it is east of the block island north reef. I hear it is a popular dive spot does that become a proplem for rod and reel guys?

It pretty much has a dive boat on it every weekend so it would be hard to fish on. If your looking for wrecks to fish on you can go a little more South as mentioned above to the Acid Barge or the Bass.
