Default Best place and time for #'s of sails?

what area of the world (and time of year) is best for multiple shots at sailfish in a day?

Just got back from Guatemala with all the sails we could handle, also a bonus 500 lb Blue.

Miami is well known for its sailfish from November to about now...they like the cold weather. Whenever we have a cold front, they stack up on the edge of the reef.

Default Guatemala Numbers

one of our charters raised 50 sailfish yesterday..............any more questions ?

It all depends what you want.....If it just sails and maybe something like a marlin or two Guat.

But, I just back from Golfito, CR and we are getting 20+ shots at shots at sails and some stripe blues and blacks mixed in. Plus, all the roosters and pargo you could want. Jan to Apr is peak.

Pure numbers but smaller fish is Isla Mujeres they averaged 30+ fish a day for two months this year! Plus there is plenty to do on land there. Jan Feb is best.
