Default Late February Key West Charter?

Me and some buddies are heading to Key West this weekend and want to book a 4-6 hour trip (nothing too pricey). What are some recommendations for boats and types of fishing (sailfishing, backcountry, flats, wrecks)? I read a lot of mixed fishing reports for the last few weeks. Any suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sailfish - it's the right time of year but you'll want to get some local reports to see how active they are biting.
Backcountry (inshore) "fun fishing" - you'll get good numbers and variety but fish will generally be 10 lb or less.
Flats - if you mean permit / bonefish, that is a low percentage game and takes lots of patience and skill.
Wrecks - can be really good fishing (numbers and size).
Harbor (tarpon) - weather has been good in KW - 75 every day for weeks and for the next 10 days. I hear the tarpon are in. They require patience and good technique though...not a guaranteed catch.
Reef (on reef and/or just outside) - usually a good option, but again check reports.

Talk to a couple captains that offer a variety of those types of fishing, and tell them your needs...they know what's going on better than anyone. Just be aware that if you call a specialty type of captain (like a flats guide) they will try to make flats sound better than other stuff.
