Default Tampa/ St.Pete charter?

I have a buddy planning a bachelor party down in Tampa. He is looking for a bottom fishing trip, approximately 6 hours for 6 people (more a plus but not necessary), and the ability to bring home dinner (fish cleaning a plus).

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

When would this be?? not to rain on your parade, but right now the GOM grouper fishery is shut down for at least six, maybe twelve months..
Last year the snapper season was very short..they shut it down after the oil spill and gave us another six weeks later in the year.
Lots of big AJ's offshore, but not the best of food fish.

If still interested, I would contact capt Jimmy Walker. He has alocal fishing show as well as lots of great reports on a local forum. He absolutely slays the fish. Here is one of his links on Saltwater Sportsman..he is offshore fishing with another capt in the middlegrounds. Due to the large number of species that can be kept, that may be your best bet...
