Default Shallow Water versus Deep Water Grouper??

I see federal regulations differ between the two but for the life of me, I've not been able to figure out what defines one from the other? ;?

See page 5: http://www.gulfcouncil.org/Beta/GMFM...chure_2011.pdf

Ahh.... maybe it's just a definition thing.

If you have an iPhone download this app, and it will make your life 100x easier when trying to understand fish regulations.

Our new fish regulations app is finally in the app store.*Check it out:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fish-...3671?ls=1&mt=8

It is $0.99 and provides recreational saltwater regulations for federal and state waters from North Carolina to Texas. It is a TOTALLY new way to check fish regulations.*
