Default Daiwa customer service

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Saltiga LD 35 2 speed on line. (not a THT sponsor which was my first problem) When I recieved the reel, it was a LD 50 2 speed in a LD 35 box. It's a larger, more expensive reel but, not the one I wanted. After calling the store a few times and kind of getting a run around, I contacted Daiwa. After explaining the problem, they took the reel back and sent me the correct one. Great customer service. BTW sweet jigging reel too.
I'm not affiliated with Daiwa in any way. Just wanted to report a good experience.
