Hi-Catch Vs Diamond.

The diamond has slightly thicker diameter and breaking point.

Question.

How does the "memory" and "feel" compare between the two?

The Diamond is a bit "harder" and a bit more expensive. I fish both lines and recommend Momoi.

I've been using the Hi-Catch 50 and 80 on my Tiagras for the last two years.

I'm going try the 30# Diamond on 4 new TLD25's I just picked up.

I've been using the Hi-Catch for the last six years on all my reels, and love the stuff. I have never had a problem with knots or breaking fish off, so I've never had any reason to try it yet. I've been tempted, but always say to myself , why change what is working .

Hey Blue,
Why do you prefer it over the Hi-Catch? I'm looking for a good reason to try it. I'm afraid my luck might change if I put it on my reels. ( I know thats a dumb reason, but I hate to change what works for me. )
