Default PA-RFA Chapter Meeting 4/15

Just thought I would let you guys in on our next get-together. You do not need to be a member to attend, and it is free.

PA-RFA BRINGS OUT THE PROS TO START YOUR SEASON WITH SUCCESS!

There is no questions about it… even though we have brought you seminars and information at all of our meetings… the next one is a true Grand Slam, guaranteed to make you the “Doormat” pro you always wanted to be!

Join your fellow members (and guests, of course) at the Penndel Firehouse on April 15th to hear the secrets and techniques for fishing Summer Flounder from Television Host Captain Fred Uhlman, and Championship Skipper Tim Tanghare from Ugly Mug Sportfishing.

Capt. Fred is the host of Jersey Cape Fishing, and writes for Fisherman Magazine, Angler News, NJ Outdoors, and The Sandpaper. Capt. Fred will focus on one of his true passions, hunting for big summer flounder in the backbays of New Jersey. He will cover rigs, rods, baits and techniques… and may even throw in a couple of secret spots! Fred has been backbay flounder fishing for 50 years and knows where they are, and how to catch them.

Next on the marquee for this special night, is Capt. Tim Tanghare, Co-owner of Ugly Mug Sportfishing Charters and clearly one of masters of deep water fluking. Capt. Tim consistently finds those big, once in a lifetime flatties for his clients… this is a Captain that goes offshore and fills the box with big fish… and he is going to share how he does it with you.

The Host for the evening, who put this great program together, is Capt. John Wilson from Chum Stain Sportfishing Charters, a seasoned Captain in his own right, and a big supporter of the PA-RFA.

In addition to these speakers, you will hear about the current legislation and positions the RFA is taking to protect our threatened rights as saltwater fisherman. Refreshments will be served at a nominal fee to help cover the costs for the evening, but as always, admission is free to everyone.

The program starts promptly at 7:00 PM, but you will want to get there early to get a good seat and talk with friends both new, and old.

The Penndel Firehouse is located at the corner of 230 center St in Penndel, 1 block off business Route 1, just off Interstate 95.

Write this one down in your datebooks gentleman, and get ready to take LOTS of notes!
