Default Replacement Hooks for Mauraders

I need to replace the hooks on about 15 Braid Mauraders. Does anyone know where to buy them, size needed ?

Thanks

Go to single hooks with swivels.

You will darn sure land more fish with singles with swivels. 10/0 -12/0 Mustad Southern Tuna hooks work for me.

What they said.

I replaced my hooks with Mustad 7691s -- aka southern tuna hooks. Not cheap, but strong. Match the size to the lure.

Cut off the old hooks and install a split ring to the lure's hook loop. Now install a ball bearing swivel rated for 90lbs or so with another split ring that you'll attach the hook to.

I don't use Ball Bearing swivels. After the second or third trip they don't work any better than Crane swivels. I have a few dozen 7/0 VMC Southern Tuna style hooks with 175# Crane Swivels for $1.00 each if you are interested. I also have some 150# split rings. This isn't a commercial thing--I just have a bunch of stuf I'll never use. Getting too old.
