Help with rod for Tiagra 30

I am trying my best to research on my own, but I am hoping for some recommendations from the guys who know more than I do.
I have a pair of Tiagra 30s and I currently have them on Terez rods.
The rod holders on my boat are 0* so I started looking into new rods with a bent butt. Are all these rods butts interchangeable? If not, how can you tell which are and aren't? Any recommendations on what to buy? I would like to have the ability to have a rod that can swap between straight and bent if that is possible.

We would recommend going with the Pinnacle Marine Outfitter rods as stated above. Our go-to rod is the SRT Series Rods with Fuji SIC Ring Guides and RX Roller Top. It is #4 on the list in that thread posted above and you can get it with the Winthrop adjust-a butt where it goes from bent but to straight butt with a click of a button.
We caught a 670# bluefin tuna on that rod, which albeit is a bit big, but it held up.

Where can I purchase this piece? This would be a much better setup for my safety leashes than what I currently have.

That came standard with the Tiagra 50's that I used to have. It's an awesome reel clamp. There is a seller on eBay that sells generic aluminum ones with an explanation of how to tell whether it will fit your reels.
