Default Online booking

For those of you who have a charter business. What have you found to be the best app or software to add online bookings to your website? Something that is easy to keep up with and customizable enough to show seperate times for separate times of trips etc. And also one that is free or minimum fee and can take a deposit or just store cc info. Thanks

We really like FareHarbor. It’s very user friendly and works very well for us.

You can check out how it is integrated to our website. Fairly simple and easy to understand.

I use Peekpro on my site. Once it is set up it runs itself.

We use Planyo.

$60 a month and only during the months we charter- we pay a whopping $180 for $270K in bookings.

We could have set it up ourselves, but paid someone around $2K to do it.

It does EVERYTHING from booking the trip to collecting the deposit and depositing it in our charter account.

it has been flawless- we booked out our entire 90 trip season in less than 1/2 an hour with zero errors, plus it was nice to have $50K in deposits magically appear in the bank without us lifting a finger.

It sends out automated emails at times we preset, regarding full payment, fish processing, seaskickness, lodging, etc....

Thanks to Planyo, the only way to book is online, taking booking from a 10 hour a week chore to something we don't have to think about.

I can't imagine ever go back to manual booking.
